- FULLY AUTOMATIC GUN DRILLING—We use fully automatic multi-station deep gun drilling to ensure precise hole size and smoothness.
- CHAMBERING SYSTEM—After chambering, the surface smoothness of the die hole can reach 0.8, improving product quality.
- HEAT TREATMENT—Fully automatic vacuum heat treatment furnaces combined with advanced quenching processes ensure the ring die hardness reaches HRC52-55.
